Using Train Arc
You're responsible for your account and the data you upload. Use the service lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it for others.
Your content
You retain ownership of your activity data. You grant us the limited permission needed to process, analyze, store, secure, and display it back to you, including data you import from files or connected providers.
Connected providers
If you connect an external account, you authorize Train Arc to access and process the provider data made available through that connection so we can provide the features you request. You are responsible for making sure your use of Train Arc and any connected account complies with the provider's own terms and policies.
We may limit, suspend, remove, or stop syncing a connected-provider integration if you revoke access, if a provider requires it, if the integration no longer works, or if we reasonably believe continued access would violate law, provider policy, security requirements, or these terms.
Training information, not medical advice
Train Arc provides training analytics, planning tools, and informational context. It is not a medical device, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice. You are responsible for decisions about training, racing, recovery, and health.
Data accuracy
Activity files, devices, connected providers, maps, formulas, and algorithms can contain errors or change over time. Train Arc may transform or infer values to make your data useful, but we do not guarantee that every metric, map, recommendation, or provider record is complete or error-free.
Availability
We aim to keep Train Arc available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Plans and features may change over time.
